The location is mind-blowing! Close to everything and just 2 minutes from the metro. Walking distance to Prado, Kings Palace, and Puerta del Sol. Airport is a quick 35-minute metro ride away. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave were useful. It had a favourable setting just next door to the center, multiple metro stations. A handy kitchenette was such a bonus. Such helpful hosts who helped us a lot.

Best possible location, excellent view, good sized bedroom. Helpful service overall. The place was fairly clean and the bed was quiet. The bathroom was amazing and with a bathtub...

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable and had a relaxing bathing tub. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city with many attractions nearby. The staff treated me like a 5-star guest, offering late check out and even champagne and cookies to apologize for a small issue. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and exceptional service.
The hotel breakfast could have been improved with a larger variety of options.

I was disappointed to discover that our room had no window to the outside, only facing the interior building.

Stayed steps away from Gran Via Street, watching Lope de Vega Theatre from my flat-screen TV and enjoying limited housekeeping. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport was just a short 13 km away.
Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Lovely.
